Once an order is placed, you can track your delivery by following the instructions sent to your email. Depending on the size and weight of your item will depend on which third party courier it is assigned to for delivery.

If you are within your 30 day returns period products can be returned to us free of charge if the product is in a brand new and unopened condition. Charges may apply if the product has been opened and assembled. Please contact our customer service team to arrange all collections.

If your item has arrived damaged please send photos of the damage to our customer service team via email at info@jllfitness.co.uk.
From there our team can assess whether the damage is purely to the packaging or to the item itself and whether it may impact on the performance of the product.

If your product develops a fault over time, please send photos or videos of the fault to our customer service team via email. They can then assess the problem and proceed with the next necessary steps.

Yes - basic maintenance helps your treadmill run smoothly and keeps your warranty valid. It’s quick and simple: lubricate the belt, keep it clean, and check belt alignment/tension from time to time.

If a treadmill hasn’t been maintained (e.g., no lubrication or heavy dust build-up), it can cause avoidable wear/overheating and may not be covered under warranty. If you’re unsure, our UK service team can guide you through the correct steps for your model.
