30-Day Refund Policy
We are more than happy to refund or exchange your item within 30 days of purchase. Your item must be in its original state and unused.
Proof of Purchase Required
Proof of purchase must be provided upon returning or exchanging the item. You must keep your receipt as proof of purchase (your order number will count as your receipt). Without this, we will not be able to process a refund for you.
Return Shipping & Opened Item Conditions
We will not be liable for any shipping costs incurred for returned goods.
Opened or Used Items: If your item has been used or opened, a minimum of 20% will be deducted from your refund upon evaluation of the item.
Order Cancellations in Transit
If you want to cancel an order that has already been shipped but hasn't arrived yet, you will be liable to cover shipping costs, which will be reflected as a deduction on your final refund.
