What We Offer

At JLL, we care about our customers and offer a minimum of 12 months warranty on all items across our fitness equipment range.

Our range of Home Treadmills comes with a 24-month parts and labour warranty. If a repair is required, this service is a collection via our third-party courier only within specified locations: England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. The treadmill will be collected and delivered to our facility in Birmingham for assessment and repair.

Home Treadmills

Our range of Home Treadmills comes with a 24-month parts and labour warranty.

The warranty excludes normal wear and tear on parts.

You should keep your sales receipt showing the date of purchase. This warranty becomes VALID ONLY if the treadmill is assembled and installed according to the instructions and directions included with the treadmill or provided by JLL Fitness Ltd. This warranty does not extend to any treadmill that has been damaged or rendered defective: (a) as a result of an accident, misuse, abuse, or lack of reasonable care; (b) by the use of parts not manufactured or sold by JLL Fitness; (c) by modification of the treadmill; or (d) as a result of service by anyone other than JLL Fitness or an authorised JLL Fitness warranty service provider.

During the warranty period, JLL Fitness Ltd. will, at no additional charge, replace part(s) or repair the treadmill (at JLL Fitness's option) if it becomes defective, malfunctions, or otherwise fails to conform with this warranty under normal, non-commercial, personal, family, or household use. In repairing the treadmill, JLL Fitness may replace defective parts or, at the option of JLL Fitness, use serviceable used parts that are equivalent to new parts in performance. All exchanged parts and products replaced under this warranty will become the property of JLL Fitness Ltd.

If you are using a home treadmill in an environment other than a residential house, you must check to see if the product you are purchasing carries a warranty for that specific environment. For example, a treadmill with a "Domestic Use" warranty will have no warranty coverage if used in a Full or Light Commercial environment. If you are unsure which classification of usage you require, please ask and we will be happy to check if the treadmill is suitable. No manufacturer’s warranty covers failure of a treadmill caused by unreasonable or abusive use, customer alterations, or failure to provide reasonable and necessary care/maintenance.

Exercise Bikes / Cross Trainers / Rowing Machines

All Exercise Bikes, Cross Trainers, and Rowing Machines come with a minimum 12-month parts warranty.

If a replacement part is required, depending on the courier used, there may be a shipping charge if you live in Guernsey or Jersey.

The warranty excludes normal wear and tear on parts.

Refurbished Items

All refurbished items have been tested by our in-store engineers and are in full working condition. Slight cosmetic damage may be present on these items; however, it will not impact the performance of the machines.
