Return Policy
We are more than happy to refund or exchange your item within 30 days of purchase. Your item must be in its original state and unused. Proof of purchase must also be given upon returning or exchanging the item.
If your item has been used or opened, a deduction may be made from your refund upon evaluation of the item. This will be judged on a case by case basis though. Please contact us before to find out whether you're eligible for a free return.

Instructions for returning an item:
Once you have spoken to a member of our Team you can prepare your item to be returned to us by enclosing a copy of your invoice within the package. If you cannot print your invoice, please include a note stating your order number, name, contact details, the reason for return and whether you want a refund or an exchange. Without these details, we won't be able to take the action on your return.

We advise obtaining proof of posting from your chosen courier when sending back your parcel. If we have arranged a collection for you, please make sure you pack the item, as the driver might refuse to take it otherwise.
Please note: JLL Fitness is not liable for any cost of delivery if not booked in with our third-party courier through our customer service for any unwanted or damaged item.

Missing Items

Cancellations
If you would like to cancel an order but your item has already been shipped we are not liable to cover the cost of delivery. This will be deducted from your refund upon receipt of the cancelled item.
