Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to JLL Fitness LTD (Registered in England & Wales: JLL Fitness LTD is part of JLL Electronics LTD). Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using this website. By accessing or using our website you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. JLL Fitness reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time.

Please consult your doctor before using any exercise equipment or embarking upon any exercise routine. Stop exercising immediately if you feel pain, faintness, dizziness, or shortness of breath.
1. Ordering & Pricing
By placing an order on our website, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and that you are at least 18 years old.
- Pricing Validation: We try to ensure prices displayed on our website are correct at all times. We may change the advertised price of a product at any time. The price you pay will be the price in force at the time of your order. The price on your order will be validated by us as part of our acceptance of your order.
- VAT: All product prices displayed on our UK storefront include VAT at the current applicable UK rate of 20%. Delivery charges are detailed clearly during the checkout process before order finalisation.
- Typographical Errors: In the rare event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in pricing information received from our suppliers, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, even if the order has been confirmed.
2. Secure Payments
We provide fully secure, encrypted options to keep your checkout safe. Payment is taken when the order is placed, and orders must be paid for in full before they are dispatched.
All consumer payments on our storefront are processed through secure, bank-grade encrypted payment gateways, including Shopify Payments, PayPal, Amazon Pay, and Klarna. We do not store or have direct access to your credit card or raw payment details on our servers. We reserve the right to carry out security checks and validation on all card payments to protect our consumers against fraudulent transactions.
3. Delivery & Courier Terms
Because buying heavy fitness machinery involves complex shipping logistics, specific carriage rules apply. Please review our comprehensive Delivery Information page for full details.
- Signature Required: All JLL Fitness machinery and product shipments will require an authorized signature upon receipt.
- Consignment Box Counts: When your order is delivered, you must count the items and check for any damage, then sign and print your name to confirm you have received the whole order in good condition. It will state on your delivery note how many boxes you should receive. If the boxes you receive don't match the delivery note, you must write down the exact number of boxes received on the delivery note next to your signature.
- Delivery Addresses: We deliver across most of the UK Mainland. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Additional charges may apply to specific outer zones or remote areas.
- Heavy Machinery Delivery: For our heaviest goods, we utilize specialist premium delivery services. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that adequate physical space and access are available for our carriers.
4. Critical Delivery & Transit Claims Policy
Please read this section carefully before signing for any delivery.
Our heavy freight transit agreements require strict adherence to reporting timelines for insurance and courier validation claims:
Courier Signature Mandate:
Any damage to the equipment or packaging must be noted on the carrier's delivery note next to your signature.
THE WORDS “UNEXAMINED” OR “UNCHECKED” WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED BY THE CARRIER.
- Damage Reporting Windows: If products arrive in a damaged condition, you must make a note on the carrier's delivery note where possible and inform us within 7 working days of the delivery. (Note: To expedite courier insurance claims, we strongly encourage customers to report packaging damage and shortages to our support desk within 48 hours where possible).
- Resolution: JLL Fitness will, at its option, repair the product, replace the product, or issue a refund. You will not be charged for the cost of returning a defective product.
To report damaged deliveries, contact our support desk at support@jllfitness.co.uk with clear photographs of both the damaged packaging and the machine components.
5. Cancellations & Contract Terms
We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us under the following specific circumstances:
- We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered.
- We do not deliver to your specific geographical area.
- One or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or pricing system error.
If we do cancel your contract, we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible, but in any event within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
Customer Cancellations & Returns:
- Prior to Shipping: If you wish to cancel an order, you must let us know in writing. You may cancel your order for a full refund prior to your order being shipped.
- Post-Shipping: If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, you are responsible for any and all freight charges incurred by JLL Fitness. Any unpaid freight charges will be deducted from your refund. We strongly advise you to check the status of your order before you submit a cancellation request.
6. Intellectual Property & User Accounts
- Copyright Material: Copyright material appears on this website which is our property or the property of our content and technology providers or their respective owners. We do not give permission for you to re-publish, alter, transmit, or otherwise copy any material on the Site, but you may download information from the website for your own personal, non-commercial use.
- Account Confidentiality: You are responsible in all respects for all use of and for protecting the confidentiality of any username, email verification, and password that may be given to you or selected by you for use on our website.
7. Warranty & Liability
All JLL Fitness equipment purchased directly through this website or our approved retail channels is backed by our standard residential warranty policy.
- Home Use Only: None of our products are designed, built, or certified for commercial, corporate, or institutional facility settings. Utilizing any of our residential fitness equipment inside a commercial setting will completely void all active product warranties.

- Limitation of Liability: Our liability for losses you suffer as a result of us breaking this agreement is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product you purchased. We are not responsible for indirect losses, loss of business opportunity, or bodily injuries resulting from improper assembly, unapproved product modifications, or failure to follow exercise instructions.
