Compact Full-Motion Rowing Machine

Great machine! Okay quality!

Liked that it’s easy to assemble, you can monitor the time and calorie burn… however - the pedals are a bit far for a women who is 5’3” I barely use the pedals because of its distance -feels like I put more pressure on my knees with them… would be great if that was customizable. Overall satisfied with it.

Arrived well packaged. Fairly easy to assemble. Some of the screws you need are IN some of the parts and not in the pack. Thought I was missing something and then aha! Once setup, I am in love. She's fairly quiet. Good electronic tracking for this $$. Sturdy, smooth. Tension is great and adjustable. Love the arm position. It's somewhat free form so you can slightly adjust hold, angle, etc so you can change and feel the target area in shoulder/back/arm. Great product. Put it in my office next to my desk. Hop on, hop off. It's right there so I have NO excuses. Highly recommend!

Pretty good for what you need. I'm used to the chain/cable type rowing machines. The size is good for space saving in any area. I will be ordering additional velco foot strips because feet keep sliding off the foot rests.

I like the machine and it is a little tedious to put together but not bad and it works very well and simulates rowing much better than the traditional rowing machines. it is very compact so easy to have anyplace in the house. I downgraded it to a 4 star because the seat is very uncomfortable but that was solved by using a spare cushion I had to place on the seat. However I have to be very careful when seating on it because of the sliding nature of the seat and the cushion easily falls off but I have now gotten the hang of it. I use the machine frequently as part of my exercise routine.

The quality of everything feels pretty good and assembly wasn't terribly difficult, though the provided tools were pretty bad... The wrench doesn't have the proper size for the nuts so it slips and strips a lot but you can still get the job done eventually. That's fine but there's just not enough tension for my arms to get much of a workout, even if I turn it all the way up and pull back as quickly as possible. So it's more cardio than strength training sadly but for the price and the pain of disassembly, I'll probably just keep it unfortunately. The app is really well done and the virtual tours are awesome though.

I like this machine a lot. Was looking for a full body workout and this doesn't disappoint. I am still trying to master the proper form of rowing and wish there was a video specifically for this type of machine with these kinds of handles to show me whether my back hurts because of bad form or if I just need to build up my endurance there. I love the app and the challenges you can do and the workout videos. Very easy to put my phone in front of me and watch a show while rowing - it's quiet enough I don't even need earbuds.

I was apprehensive that I would not be able to set up, but was OK. (I am in my late 70's) I am pleased with the rowing machine. I got it to stay strong, in shape. I enjoy using it. I really like the full motion option for the arms.

I bought this because I have been wanting a rower for a while. I have a disability that affects my walking and balance, so I workout with machines where I can sit or lie down. This rower works well.i use it 2-3 times a week. The SunnyFit app is good. It cost nothing and I use an iPad set up to launch it and follow one of their rowing courses. Or I use AirPlay and project it to my wall mounted tv. My favorite is a 30 minute row around Lake Tahoe. Two complaints: 1) the seat is low, only 10” off the ground. Due to my disability and age (over 60), I don’t have too much trouble sitting on it but lots of difficulty getting up once done. 2) I’ve only had this maybe 4 months, and now when I use it, it creaks and moans a lot. Getting kinda noisy. I guess we may have to oil it or something. So, though I saved hundreds of dollars with this over buying a fancier one from another brand, not sure if it will be working a year from now?

Love this rower, works whole body with out feeling your going to die. However, did not come with instructions very difficult to put together. I did find help on YouTube or it would still be in the box.

It's okay for my needs, but the joints loosen up easily and I'm constantly re screwing them

Very good machine overall — everything works as it should. The resistance does tend to ease slightly over time, but it’s not a major issue. The seat is ok and doesn’t cause any discomfort, even after half an hour of use. All in all, a great product that would be perfect if the resistance stayed consistent.

Might be a little too soon to be leaving a review, but so far I'm in love. A little hard to put together. Instructions are ridiculous. But we figured it out eventually. The machine is amazing. I have fibromyalgia and multiple sclerosis. I thought it was gonna be too much, but I found it extremely easy on my body. I'm able to go 15 minutes or longer and I feel like I get a good workout without feeling like I'm gonna die. That is huge for me you have no idea. I feel like I'm gonna be able to lose weight and gain muscle strength with this for the first time in over 10 years. I'm extremely excited. The seat is a bit uncomfortable. However, I have a cushion that fit it perfectly and I popped it on there and I was good to go.. I was worried about back pain but so far I've been OK. The machine does get a little squeaky and make a little bit annoyed but I'm hoping a lubricant spray I have is gonna help. Time will tell how the machine holds up, and I will try to remember to come back and give an update on my weight loss journey, and strength muscle gaining journey. I was on the fence about buying this machine for a while, but I can honestly say I'm really glad I bought it. So far no regret and I can recommend thus far! I also have a Sunny Health Row n Ride. I got it first because I thought this machine would be too much. Was the row n ride was much cheaper, however it was rougher on my knees, legs and back. It's a good machine and definitely great for strengthening and I use it. However I will definitely use this full motion rowing machine much more. So far I'm very pleased with all of my Sunny Health machines.

The instructions weren’t really helpful but were easy enough to understand where it could be done with patience. The machine experience itself is awesome.

Feels like you are actually in the water. The Sunny fit app world tour option with ear buds it’s truly relaxing. It’s like meditation and exercise at the same time. I love this machine.

I use this rowing machine to get back in shape . I'm 61 and have had some health issues , and this is really helpful with getting back in shape

Easy to set up. Less than 30 min. Quiet-glide seat. Love the motion of the "oars". Feels so good on my shoulders.

So far, so good. Provides a good workout and love that it does not take up a lot of space and you can easily move and set aside. Also seems really sturdy.

The rower arrived packaged well and was easy to put together. It is solid—-heavy enough to be stable when you’re on it and light enough to move to different areas. Not over-taxing but works all muscles. I love the 360 range of the handles; really works the arms. Highly recommend.

I'm so glad this rower has been improved. It's easy to use, quiet smooth rolling, and has a free awesome exercise programs to use with your phone. Also, it can easily be moved from indoor to outdoor for a workout. Great durable piece of equipment.

The price, the 360 range of motion of the handles and the smaller size in comparison to other models is what sold me and I’m very happy I purchased it. It was easy to assemble and move around. Awesome equipment, stable, smooth handling and serves the purpose.

This project was easy to handle and it was easy to setup. Simple instructions and easy to pull and easy to adjust tension. I wanted a no frills and no over whelming digital buttons. That is what I got, pleased.
