At JLL Fitness, we want to get your new gear to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. We work closely with our external delivery partners to align with high industry standards, aiming to provide a clear and organised tracking experience for every order.

Critical Delivery Contact Requirement

Please note: We estimate delivery to take between 3-10 working days. You MUST ensure you enter a valid mobile number within your details when placing an order. Our couriers completely depend on this contact method to coordinate your transit schedules. Failure to provide a mobile number can result in major delays or items being returned to our warehouse.

⚡ Same-Day Dispatch Parameters

We love getting your orders out the door fast! We proudly offer same-day dispatch on all stock JLL products if all of the following parameters are met:

  • Your online order is fully finalised and payment clears before 10:00 a.m. sharp.
  • The purchase is made on a standard working day (completely excluding weekends and UK Bank Holidays).
  • Your designated delivery address is within an eligible, non-restricted UK Mainland zone.

1. Our Free Shipping Options (Orders £50 or Over)

Orders totaling £50 or over qualify for free delivery across the UK Mainland. Orders under £50 will be subject to a standard shipping fee at checkout. Eligible machinery items are sorted across two main structured logistics tiers:

To help you accurately plan your delivery date, here is the official breakdown of how your order will be shipped and handled. Please note that our network couriers operate Monday to Friday only.

Weight: 0 - 2kg

Transit Window:
Standard: 3-5 working days

Service Type: Small parcel post. Ideal for light fitness accessories and small attachments. Delivered safely to your box or main door drop threshold.

UK Mail Service
Weight: 2 - 31.5kg

Transit Options:
Express: 1-3 days | Standard: 3-5 days

Key Details: Ground Floor Delivery Only. Drivers are strictly not permitted to enter any residential properties.

XDP Logistics
Weight: 31.5 - 50kg

Transit Window:
Standard: 3-5 Working Days

Service Type: 1 Man Ground Floor Delivery Only. Drivers cannot enter properties or assemble items. Mobile number required for automated booking alerts.

XDP Delivery
Weight: 51 - 80kg

Transit Window:
Standard: 3-10 Working Days

Service Type: 2 Man Delivery. Safely handled and delivered right into a ground floor room of your choice! Drivers are unable to assemble items.

3. Regional Restrictions & Transit Updates

  • Where We Ship: We deliver across most of the UK Mainland. If you live in the Scottish Highlands, central London, or Northern Ireland, an additional delivery charge will apply. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to the Channel Islands at this time.
  • "Life Happens" Transit Clause: While we estimate overall deliveries to take 3–10 working days, these timelines are guidelines rather than absolute legal guarantees. Once your packaging transfers to our carriers, unexpected disruptions like severe winter weather, road closures, accidents, or transit sorting errors can cause delays.
  • Disruption Support: If your equipment hasn't arrived by its estimated date, please refer to the unique dispatch information emailed to you and contact the assigned courier network directly using your tracking reference numbers for the most precise, local delivery updates.

4. Delivery Sign-Off, Returns & Space Fitting Rules

When your delivery arrives, you must complete these quick verification steps before signing the driver's manifest:

  1. Count the Boxes: Your delivery note shows exactly how many boxes your shipment contains. If any are missing, write down the exact count of boxes you did receive directly next to your signature.
  2. Check for Damage: Inspect the outer boxing condition. If you spot any punctures, severe crush tears, or equipment damage, note it clearly next to your signature.
  3. Reporting Deadlines: Please report shortages or transit damages to JLL Fitness Ltd within a reasonable timeframe. If your item arrives damaged, call us right away so we can arrange for replacement parts or complete equipment to be sent out!

Property Access & Dimension Liability:

Please double-check that your new fitness machinery will easily fit through your private gates, doors, or internal stairwells. If a delivery is refused or returned to our depot for any reason other than structural transit damage (including equipment not physically fitting inside your home), you will be held fully responsible for both the outbound and return freight transport costs.

If you know you won't be home on the date specified by the courier, please let us know as soon as possible so we can reschedule it for you. If a delivery is attempted and no one is home, the courier networks may charge an additional re-delivery fee to your profile.

Smaller items under 31.5kg (handled by UK Mail) are restricted to Ground Floor Delivery Only. Courier drivers are not insured or permitted to enter properties or carry items upstairs. Only items designated for specialist courier transport services can go beyond the ground floor threshold.
