At JLL Fitness, we want to get your new gear to you as quickly and smoothly as possible! Over the years, we’ve grown and fine-tuned our delivery systems so we can offer you a prompt, reliable, and efficient
service every single time.

We closely monitor our delivery partners to ensure they meet our high standards, so you can rest assured your order is in safe hands.

  • Smaller items are delivered safely by UK Mail.
  • Larger items are handled by XDP or Pallex, depending on the weight of your order.

Please note: We estimate delivery to take between 3-10 working days. Please ensure you enter a mobile number in your details, when placing an order. Failure to do so, can result in further delays to your delivery.

Our Free Shipping Options

We are happy to offer free delivery on specific models:

  • Free Standard Pallet Delivery (2-5 working days): Available on specific models weighing over 81kg — £0.00
  • Free Premium Two-Man Delivery (3-7 working days): Available on specific models weighing under 81kg — £0.00
  • Free Standard Delivery (3-5 working days): Available on specific models weighing under 31.5kg — £0.00

Delivery Zones & Holiday Cut-Offs

  • Where we ship: We deliver across most of the UK Mainland. If you live in the Scottish Highlands, central London, or Northern Ireland, an additional delivery charge will apply. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to the Channel Islands at this time.
  • Christmas Delivery: To guarantee your items arrive in time for Christmas, please place your order by 6th December.

Delivery Options by Weight

To help you plan ahead, here is a quick breakdown of how your order will arrive based on its weight. Please note that our couriers operate Monday to Friday only.

Important Note: Please remember to leave your mobile number at checkout. Our couriers need this to coordinate your delivery. If they can't get in touch to confirm a time, they may have to return your items to our warehouse, which could cause delays or extra fees.

Weight Class: 0-31.5kg

Express: 1 - 3 days

Standard: 3 - 5 days

Service Type: UK Addresses only

Key Details: Ground Floor Delivery Only. Drivers are not permitted to enter any properties.

Weight Class: 31.5 - 50 KG

Standard – 3 - 10 working days

Service Type: 1 Man Ground Floor Delivery Only

Key Details: Ground floor delivery only. Drivers cannot enter properties or assemble items. Mobile number required for booking.

Weight Class: 51-80 kg

Standard: 3 - 10 working days

Service Type: 2 Man Delivery

Key Details: Delivered right to a ground floor room of your choice! Drivers cannot assemble items. Mobile number required for booking.

Weight Class: 80 - 120 kg

Express: 1 - 3 working days

Standard: 3 - 5 working days

Service Type: One-man pallet service

Key Details: Kerb-side delivery only. Best contact number required for scheduling.

Same-Day Dispatch

We love getting your orders out the door fast! We offer same-day dispatch on all JLL products if:

  1. You order is placed and payment clears before 10:00 a.m.
  2. It is a standard working day (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays).
  3. You delivery address is within an eligible UK Mainland area.

Life Happens: A Quick Note on Delays

While we estimate deliveries to take 3–10 working days, these timelines are guidelines rather than guarantees. Once your package leaves our warehouse, it's in the hands of our trusted couriers. Very rarely, unexpected things like bad weather, road closures, traffic accidents, or courier misrouting can cause a delay.

We’ll always do everything we can to support you if this happens! If your order hasn't arrived by its estimated date, please give us a call on 0800 6123 988 or contact the courier directly.

Receiving the goods

When your delivery arrives, please take a quick moment to check your items before signing:

  • Count the boxes: Your delivery note will show how many boxes you should receive. If any are missing, please note the exact number of boxes you did receive next to your signature.
  • Check for damage: Please inspect the packaging. If you notice any damage to the box or the equipment, just note it down next to your signature.
  • Reporting issues: Please report any shortages or damages to JLL Fitness Ltd within a reasonable timeframe so we can get it sorted for you. If your item arrives damaged, call us right away so we can arrange for replacement parts or equipment to be sent out!

Planning Your Delivery Date

If you know you won't be home on the date specified by the courier, please let us know as soon as possible so we can reschedule it for you. If a delivery is attempted and no one is home, the courier may charge an additional re-delivery fee.

Please double-check that your new equipment will fit through your doors or stairwells. If a delivery is refused or returned for any reason other than transit damage (including items not fitting), you will be
responsible for the outbound and return freight costs.
