I originally purchased the 6kg ball, quickly followed by the 4kg + 2kg. Solid balls, taken some punishment. Works well in our home Gym.

It is a really nice ball but due to the material being fairly smooth, the ball becomes slick when my hands are sweaty which could cause injury so would suggest anyone thinking of getting one buys exercise gloves!I've given 4 stars for this reason.

I bought a 7 kg ball which is a great weight for exercise, however it is really big and cumbersome. It's slightly bigger than a basketball so not great for handling and mobile exercises. It is good quality and grip is good. Worth buying if this is what you are looking for.
