Ultra Silent Smart Elliptical Exerciser

This elliptical works great, I have lost 15lbs so far. But the foot pedals keep making noise no matter how much I tighten the screws. While I'm listening to music on my earphones my family hears squeaking. The noise woke my son from sleep a couple of times.

Well under 330lb weight limit. Broke a few days ago. Purchased in May 2023. Replacement part $20 shipping is $32. Parts warranty is 180 days. Hopefully issue is rare. Otherwise was really happy with machine. Oh it would move 6 or so inches forward on concrete while using it for around 40 minutes. Mildly annoying.

Worth it. I purchased this for around $400. It almost lasted me 4 years but you can see from the photo it is now broken. I made sure to use the hell out of this. I went for months at a time using this for about 4 times a week. I used it anywhere from 30 minutes to 60 minutes each time. It works. Sad it didn't last longer but still, it is fine.

Once built, it is super sleek and perfect for my small in home gym.Assembly took me a while. I took it slow and assembled while chatting with friends and dancing to music but it did take me almost 6 hours to assemble.The biggest issue with assembly would be in step 4, when you attach the sway bars together. The bolts were not even! One bolt was way too short.I attempted to call Sunny's customer support number on the manual and there was no answer. An automated message instructing me to send an email with my concern and a whole slew of other information. I said, no thanks. That's okay. Too much work for a single bolt. I'll just go to Lowe's.I was able to find bolts that worked exceptionally well! They are a tiny bit longer than the manufactured bolt but it fits comfortably under the cover with no fitting issues. I was pleasantly surprised!I included photos of which bolts I purchased and how it looked after installation. I did need a second wrench to help install them but it does work out!Once built, I tested it out and it's soooo smooth and absolutely silent. I couldn't be more pleased!Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I'm not particularly handy but it was pretty easy to put together. Took about an hour and some change to assemble.I almost didn't buy this because of the reviews saying it was creaky and another saying there were parts that didn't install correctly. The #17 part that people keep talking about you will want a rubber mallet. Buy a rubber mallet with this order if you don't own one and thank me later. You need it. That part really is difficult to get in.Now for the sturdiness, I'm a big man. I'm 334 lbs. I had a nice workout shortly after assembling and it's not creaky or wobbly at all. I don't know what the other experiences are, maybe they got some weird defective parts but also maybe they just didn't follow the directions properly because I havent had that issue.For noise, it does make noise. If you've ever been to a gym you won't be surprised by this. There's moving parts, it makes some noise but it's not loud or disruptive.Overall I'm happy with the purchase. It's not as nice as the ones at the gym but to be honest it's not far off. I wish the computer module was designed a little better. It's super simple. It gets the job done. To be fair I have to be pretty picky to find things wrong with it.That's my 2 cents. Buy a rubber mallet. Follow the directions. Tighten them bolts like it's your kid's swing set. You shouldn't have any issues.

Read a lot of the reviews before I purchased this product. Gave it a shot. Product arrived with all of its parts. It took me a little under 2 hours to assemble. The instructions were easy to follow. Greatest thing is that it doesn't squeak. I work out early in the morning so I don't have to worry about waking up my family. I'll do an update in a few weeks to tell how it's doing.

I purchased this Elliptical machine and also The Sunny Treadmill. They are BOTH excellent machines for the price of of $500 each. It took about 45 mins to assemble the Treadmill and took us about 1 hour to assemble the Elliptical machine. Both run smoothly and quietly and we love our new workout room. I also recently ordered the Sunny Ab machine as well. I will do a review on that as well once I get to try it out. Thanks Sunny Health. Love your products

Assembly is simple, just a matter of deciphering poorly illustrated instructions. It was easy to move from where I assembled it to my bedroom. It is NOT loud in any way. I’m guessing poor assembly is to blame for those reported issues. It does what it needs to do, and seems sturdy. I wouldn’t suggest it to anyone over 5’5” or 150 lbs, personally. I’m 5’1” and under 110 lbs and the stride is almost too small for me and the resistance is a tiny bit on the low side of the spectrum. For the price it can’t be beat though!

The assembly video for this product was great. The nuts and bolts are clearly marked in their package, in step by step segments. High quality bolts, with lock washers, washers, and teflon lined nuts so they will never loosen on their own.I havent used it yet, I'm exhausted from the assembly, but its quiet so far when I move things. The only components I could see coming loose or breaking are the plastic covers held together with screws. The working parts are very well designed and heavy duty.

I purchased this machine in the fall of 2021 when I started to get serious about losing weight. I had already lost around 40-45 pounds before I purchased this machine, but as of now I have lost 145 since fall of 2021 and I credit the lions share of that to this machine. It was easy to assemble, I did it myself in under an hour. It is easy to move, it does squeak a little but I believe part of that is me over tightening some screws. Over all a great product for its value, highly recommend if you are looking for value and ease.

I ordered this machine along with assembly service. The cost was just an additional £50 and it was worth more than that!! The people were very professional and put the machine together in less than an hour. I knew if I assembled the machine it could possibly not work correctly. A lot of the reviews said the machine was noisy and wobbly, but my machine seems great thus far. I used it for 46 minutes and It didn’t make loud noises, just typical light sounds of a machine moving softly. I am extremely happy with my purchase and glad to be working out and burning calories again.

Honestly I thought I would have issuses with my elliptical because of the reviews, so I waited over a month to write a review. I am SO GLAD that I got it! Im on it 6 days out of the week. My knee had problems before and it helped unjammed my legs. I'm gliding up stairs with ease and no pain. I made sure to place each nut and bolt properly to make sure that noise isn't an issue. It doesn't squeek.The only down side is the highest resistance doesn't feel that hard to me. I've dropped out of the 300s when I bought it I was 329! Get it! Assemble it correctly and USE IT!

3 month update: I’ve been using it weekly, a few times a week. Still works great. I’ve had to tighten some of the screws a little bit that’s most likely due to my assembly. Absolutely great machine.Product was very easy to assemble. Took maybe about 2 hours, 3 hours TOPS. It’s pretty sturdy. I’m using it on carpet, so it’s kind of hard to tell, but I don’t feel as if I’m going to fall off. I did have to read the manual to figure out how to use the computer part. Once I read it, it was easy to figure out. It also doesn’t make any noise. Can’t wait to actually use it!

The box was difficult to open and there were three of us. Several of the pieces fell out of the box or had to be caught before they rolled away. Two of us put it together in about two hours. The instructions were clear. A bit of patience and we had it done. The range of motion is great for someone to use on a daily basis. It’s very easy on my joints as a person who has severe arthritis. It’s easy to use and a great way to increase my exercise at home

My wife and I are very impressed with the eliptical. We had searched around for weeks and this one has the best features for the price. A lot of reviews said it was loud, which we were willing to deal with, and they weren't wrong. It would run quietly for a few minutes and then start to bang around. Once I tightened the bolts holding the front and back legs the problem was solved. It runs whisper quiet now.You have to tighten the bolt until the screw completely disappears. The wrench provided won't cut it. I had to use 2 real wrenches and I was able to get it. If you look at my photo, the screw on the right is still too far out. It needs to be flush against the leg.Other than that, everything works great. Having a digital display to set the resistance is great, it's not too big and its light & easy to move. We have a low ceiling in our basement, which was a concern, but the eliptical is low to the ground. We definitely recommend it.

I read a lot of reviews before I bought this, so I thought I would share one also. My husband and I are so happy with this elliptical! We have a small condo, so I was worried about the space, but it really doesn’t take up too much at all. It also has these little plastic sliders, so we keep it along the wall when not in use, and it’s very easy to move across our wood floors so we can watch tv while we work out. It also has front wheels, which would probably be useful if you have carpet and want to move it around. It’s very stable and doesn’t bob or rock us around even if we’re going fast. I read some reviews that mentioned noises...I’m thinking they just didn’t tighten their bolts very securely. It’s pretty silent. Speaking of bolts, looking at the directions for the elliptical was a little overwhelming, but it’s broken down into multiple small steps that are easy to follow, and the hundreds of bolts, washers, and screws are all organized based on which step you’re on. I think it’s probably best to have two people to put it together, but it’s absolutely doable alone. It took us about an hour an a half from start to finish. There are 16 different programs on here that range from easy to ridiculously difficult, and we’ve had fun trying different ones.

After reading some of the negative review stating this machine was loud, and seeing videos of it making a horrible "clunking" sound when using, I was very skeptical about purchasing this product. That said, because it did have a lot of glowong reviews, I went ahead and took the risk, and I am very hapoy that I did! The instructuons for putting the machine together looked diffutult at first, but as long as you closely read each step and follow it, you wont have any issues with assembly of the machine. It took me and mt partner about 2.5 hours to put together, but thats because we had to undo and fix a couple steps. After assembly, I turned it on and used it right away, and its actually very quiet. I would assume if it were not put together properly, or if a part was faulty, then that would likely result in the loud clunking noise that some buyers had with this product. I've used my machine about 5 times now, and its remained quiet and well put together. The wheels on the bottom make moving the machine very easy. The removable power cord is amazing because I have two cats that love playing with cords and other things they shouldnt play with lol. All in all, if you are skepitcsl about buying this product, I woukd encourage you to give it a try if you want a very decent quality elliptical, and don't want to spend a fortune on some of the more expensive machines!

The stride is short so it feels more like a stair climber than an elliptical or cross country skiing.I did find in the specs that it has a 14 inch stride. I am used to an 18 inch stride.

Took some time to put together but with said it's great quality. I'm not sure how the programming part works even with that it does as I need it to.

Good value for the price. Not too bulky or heavy, especially compared to other models.
