The JLL 6mm Yoga Mat is perfect for any user to perform Yoga or Pilates.
They provide soft cushioning to protect knees and joints from hard flooring during sit-ups, Pilates or Yoga exercise.
The 6mm Yoga Mat has a closed-cell surface which will prevent perspiration from seeping into the mat and breeding bacteria and the textured grip will help even out the surface you are using and prevent any crease sometimes experienced with other mats.
