At JLL we aim to not just provide a good product and good service but a great one! With this in mind we offer extended guarantee’s (because we don't think you will ever need to use them).

However in the event of you having any issue with either the service or product you have received from JLL, we want to hear about it!

In the unlikely event that you do experience a problem with your JLL fitness equipment, we provide a 10 working day promise, (don't worry this includes your treadmill) to get it fixed!
