Your definitive guide to the biggest price drops across connected cardio, low-impact conditioning, and essential strength training—built for UK homes and flats.
Black Friday is the single best time of year to upgrade your home training space without overpaying. Whether you are investing in a dedicated cardio station to outsmart the British winter or securing Christmas gifts a month early to dodge courier bottlenecks, late November delivers the deepest discounts on domestic fitness kit.
The trap with many seasonal fitness sales is navigating obsolete models, loud clanking machines, and bulky gear that overwhelms living rooms. In British flats and terraced houses, space and operating volume matter just as much as build quality.
This guide curates the standout deals directly from the JLL Fitness Best Deals Hub. From folding smart treadmills and whisper-quiet rowers to hybrid squat trainers and compact recovery gear, here is how to secure commercial-standard performance at seasonal clearance prices.

Treadmills & Studio Bikes
Cardio equipment is typically the biggest financial investment in any home setup—making Black Friday the optimal window to claim significant savings. If you are fitting cardio into an upstairs flat or shared household, motor noise and floor vibration are critical factors. JLL’s featured cardio range combines frictionless magnetic brakes with durable automotive-grade belt drives and folding frames.
Top Cardio Pick 1: SB100 Magnetic Indoor Cycling Bike
For high-intensity interval training, calorie burn, and winter endurance training, the SB100 provides a commercial studio feel without the clatter of a chain.
Magnetic Resistance: Neodymium magnets regulate resistance across a balanced steel flywheel, delivering smooth pedalling with zero pad friction or squealing.
Ultra-Quiet Belt Drive: Replaces traditional greasy bicycle chains with a smooth ribbed rubber belt for silent operation that will not wake sleeping housemates.
SunnyFit App Sync: Integrated device shelf lets you mount a tablet to stream live cadence stats, trainer-led sessions, and scenic global rides via the SunnyFit app.
Sale Price: £315.00 (Was £399.99)
SB100 Magnetic Indoor Cycling Exercise Bike
Contactless magnetic resistance paired with an ultra-quiet belt drive for smooth indoor cardio training.
Top Cardio Pick 2: Space-Saving Treadmills & Walking Pads
Dark British evenings and sub-zero temperatures can disrupt outdoor road runs. Bringing running indoors removes seasonal excuses while protecting your lower-body joints:
Helius Lite 2-in-1 Walking Pad (£360.00 / Was £399.99): Built specifically for compact rooms and work-from-home routines, this ultra-slim deck rolls completely flat under a bed or standing desk post-session.
Premium Foldable Auto Incline Smart Treadmill (£630.00 / Was £699.99): Features commercial-grade continuous motor power, 15 levels of automatic hill incline, and a multi-point cushioned deck to absorb joint impacts.
Pegasus Connected Folding Treadmill (£450.00 / Was £499.99): Balanced hydraulic soft-drop folding profile engineered for upstairs bedrooms and small flats.
Helius Lite Smart 2-in-1 Walking Pad
Ultra-thin 11cm profile with silent brushless motor for under-desk walking and home jogging.
Rowers, Climbers & Steppers
Cardio does not have to be high-impact. If you need full-body conditioning that protects sensitive knees, hips, and ankles, these versatile machines offer high caloric burn in space-conscious profiles.
Multi-Function Magnetic & Water Rowers
Rowing activates more than 85% of your muscular system in one coordinated drive. The Black Friday lineup includes options for every budget and preference:
Multi-Function Premium Magnetic Rowing Machine (£270.00 / Was £299.99): Whisper-quiet magnetic drag with smooth aluminium slide rails and folding storage.
Obsidian Surge Smart Water Rower (£540.00 / Was £599.99): Dynamic hydro-blade resistance that matches your physical effort with natural water sound and resistance feedback.
Smart Compact Hydraulic Rower (£135.00 / Was £149.99): Ultra-portable entry-level rower featuring a folding rear leg that stands upright in seconds.
Smart Air Walkers & Steppers
Smart Air Walk Trainer (£162.00 / Was £179.99): Delivers continuous non-impact aerobic exercise mimicking cross-country skiing, taking all strain off delicate hip and knee joints.
Smart Foldable Stair Climber (£135.00 / Was £149.99): Simulates intense vertical climbs for high-cadence lower-body sculpting, then folds flat against a wardrobe.
Row-N-Ride Squat Trainer (£135.00 / Was £149.99): Assists deep squat biomechanics while engaging core and posterior-chain muscles via calibrated elastic tension.
Row-N-Ride Squat & Upright Row Trainer
Assisted compound movement for glutes, quads, and back with 3 levels of elastic tension.
Strength & Free Weights
While cardio machines burn calories, resistance training builds bone density, strengthens connective tissue, and drives long-term fat loss. Instead of purchasing bulky multi-gyms that monopolise an entire room, compact free weights allow for limitless progressive overload.
Rubber Hex Dumbbells (Pairs)
Round chrome weights roll away on uneven floors; rubber hex dumbbells stay firmly put.
Hexagonal Anti-Roll Design: Safe for dynamic floor work like renegade rows, push-ups, and dumbbell burpees without tipping.
Floor Protection: Thick vulcanised rubber casing dampens drop impact and prevents scuffing on domestic floorboards and tiles.
Sale Price: From £27.00 (Was £29.99)
Posterior-Chain & Core Upgrades
45-Degree Hyperextension Roman Chair (£81.00 / Was £89.99): Strengthens the lower back, glutes, and hamstrings to counteract the postural strain of desk work.
Weight Vests (15 kg – 30 kg) (£36.00 / Was £39.99): Hands-free progressive resistance for bodyweight calisthenics, push-ups, and weighted walking.
Medicine Balls (£18.00 / Was £19.99): Dynamic rotational training for core stability and explosive power.
Rubber Hex Dumbbell Pairs
Heavy-duty cast iron heads coated in durable anti-roll rubber with knurled ergonomic chrome grips.
