Refurbished items are returned, or ex-showroom that have been fully repaired, maintained and checked by our in-store engineer. We do advise checking the product before use and to ensure that no screws/bolts are loose from being in transit.

Delivery and Returns

Please note: delivery is currently excluding Northern Ireland.

The product will come fully assembled as a built and fully tested item.

Refurbished items shipping is free of charge. The item will be delivered on a kerbside pallet delivery service. The third-party courier will not take the item into your property, nor will they take away the pallet.

It can take between 3-10 working days for delivery. The third-party courier will contact you via your mobile number to book the date of delivery. Please ensure you enter the correct mobile number when ordering. Otherwise, this can affect the dispatching and delivery of the item. If the third-party courier cannot get in contact with you, after multiple attempts, the item will be sent back to our warehouse.

There is a 30-day return period for refurbished items. If you wish to return the item, please contact the Customer Service Team. Please have your order details ready and the reason for return.

WARRANTY

This machine will require minimal maintenance such as checking for loose bolts and
keeping the machine in good clean working order. Things such as where the item is stored can affect the condition and overall lifespan of your item, please read your manual for more information.
