The balance ball is also great for rehabilitation of leg injuries such as ankle sprains.
The balance trainer consists of a stability exercise ball with a flat bottom which makes it extremely versatile, durable and fun!
The balance trainer can be used effectively for a variety of fitness goals: exercise your abs, back, hips and arms. It also pays particularly close attention to your core muscles and balance. The body balance ball is intended to challenge, sculpt and tone up your entire body.
Training examples
Switching up your usual strength training:
- Try elevating your front or back foot on the Balance Trainer.
- Almost any standing strength move can be done on top of the Balance Trainer; the key is to keep those abs tucked in!
- Try squats with a knee lift to challenge your balance even more than a usual squat, or squat jump, freeze and then knee lift.
Core exercises:
- The Balance Trainer is perfect for any type of plank variation. Try a single leg plank, up and down planks (each arm goes into forearm then full plank, alternating) or the plank tilt.
- Crunch variations.
- Back extensions (add in a twist to make things more exciting).
- V-ups.

Notice:
- Before you start pumping the air, check the ball perfectly fits into the hoop.
- Make sure the expander is locked with the hoop so it won't fall off.
- Don't pump too much air into the ball, otherwise the edge of the ball will move off from the groove of hoop.
- The ball should be kept on a flat surface at all times.
- Keep the Balance Ball away from fire, acid or sharp objects. Do not store outside.
- Please do not stamp on the ball, otherwise the edge of the ball will come off from the groove of hoop.
