The 20kg flywheel on the JLL IC400 is designed to replicate the forward momentum on a regular bike.

Direct belt driven for a comfortable pedalling in both directions.
Direct belt driven bikes are smoother, quieter and more reliable.
Friction Resistance
Friction resistance provides a challenging workout to help tone and sculpt your muscles.
High resistance is also great for fat burning. A felt pad is used to press down on the
flywheel which can be altered using the adjustable dial. With direct contact, it will make it
harder to pedal. The pad can be changed over time depending on usage.
