How do I track my item?

How do i return an item?

What if my item is unwanted?
If you are within your 30 day returns period products can be returned to us free of charge if the product is in a brand new and unopened condition. Charges may apply if the product has been opened and assembled. Please contact our customer service team to arrange all collections.
What should I do if I have a damaged or faulty item?
If your item has arrived damaged please send photos of the damage to our customer service team via email at info@jllfitness.co.uk.
From there our team can assess whether the damage is purely to the packaging or to the item itself and whether it may impact on the performance of the product.
If your product develops a fault over time, please send photos or videos of the fault to our customer service team via email. They can then assess the problem and proceed with the next necessary steps.
