When will my order arrive?
We estimate delivery to take between 3-10 working days. Please ensure you enter a mobile number in your details, when placing an order. This allows the third party courier to contact you more efficiently. Failure to do so, can result in further delays to your delivery.
How do I track my item?
Once an order is placed, you can track your delivery by following the instructions sent to your email.
Depending on the size and weight of your item will depend on which third party courier it is assigned to for delivery.

How do i return an item?
Please contact our customer service team to arrange all collections of goods, whether they're faulty or unwanted.

What if my item is unwanted?
If you are within your 30 day returns period products can be returned to us free of charge if the product is in a brand new and unopened condition. Charges may apply if the product has been opened and assembled. Please contact our customer service team to arrange all collections.
What should I do if I have a damaged or faulty item?
If your item has arrived damaged please send photos of the damage to our customer service team via email at info@jllfitness.co.uk.
From there our team can assess whether the damage is purely to the packaging or to the item itself and whether it may impact on the performance of the product.
If your product develops a fault over time, please send photos or videos of the fault to our customer service team via email. They can then assess the problem and proceed with the next necessary steps.

Do I need to perform maintenance on my treadmill?
YES
All JLL Fitness Treadmills will require maintenance in order to keep your warranty valid.
Failure to perform the regular maintenance can result in your warranty being voided.
