How can I lubricate the running board?

  • The running belt must be lubricated by special lubrication oil every 3 months, 1 packet of the lubrication oil is provided with every treadmill machine.
  • Unplug the treadmill.
  • You will need to access the deck and this can be achieved by lifting the belt on the treadmill up with something flat and not sharp.
  • Place it underneath the running belt and spread a straight line of treadmill lubricant down the side of the deck. (Make sure you do not use too much. Repeat on the other side.)
  • Turn on the machine and leave it running for around 2-3 minutes at 3-4 km/h. Walk on the treadmill to help spread the lubrication oil.

Lubrication of the running board will greatly increase the life of the running board, walking belt and the motor. A well lubricated running board will have a smoother running feel and last longer, and that is what we want..

How can I clean the running belt?

It’s easy just set the speed of the machine to around 2km/h and put a clean cloth at the end of the running belt, hold it there and move it along the end of that running belt until is free of dust. For more information please follow the link Treadmills Maintenance. Click here

It is mainly the engineering and the construction of the equipment. Commercial treadmills are built with resistant material for constant use in gyms or sport centres, whereas home treadmill are more optional and individual-based programming.

Is treadmill running easier than running outdoors?

Yes, it is. Treadmills are a bit easier than running outdoors and also great for training for a marathon. Why is important that a treadmill has different inclination levels?

It depends on the kind of result that you are looking for. The slower uphill workouts help you to get strength, while the faster flat workouts build stamina, endurance and foot speed.
