What Do We Offer?

At JLL, we offer a free technician service as part of our after care support when purchasing a treadmill. This means that If you are still under your warranty and encounter a manufacturing fault with your machine, then we will assess and repair your treadmill for free.

What Do You Need To Do?

In the unlikely event that your treadmill develops a manufacturing fault then ring our customer service team on 0800 6123 988 or email contact@jllfitness.co.uk

From here well will ask a series of quesitons to try and diagnose the issue so we can look to get it resolved as quickly as possible. Please be aware that we may also ask for photographs of the treadmill or faulty part which would also aid in diagnosing the fault. (These can be sent via email or WhatsApp Messenger)

What Happens Next?

In some cases we will be able to identify the issue over the phone and can send you a replacement part to fix the fault. Don't worry though, we won't ask you to do anything that that's not part of the assembly or maintenence of the treadmill. 

If we can't diagnose the fault over the phone or by email then we will either arrange for a technician to be sent out to your address or we will arrange for your treadmill to be collected from you and delivered back to us so that the treadmill can be assessed in store. From here, your treadmill will either be repaired or replaced. 

As we use 3rd party tehncicians, call out services are dependant upon their availability. Therefore it may be quicker for us to collect the treadmill back off you. After all, we don't want you being without your treadmill for too long!

There's no need to panic about taking your treadmill apart if we decide to collect it. We will require the treadmill to be fully assembled on collection...so put that Allen key down!

Anything Else?

Please be aware that our Free Technician Service only applies to the UK mainland. Certain Scottish postcodes, Northern Ireland and Isles off the Coast are not covered under labour warranty. This is due to the lack of JLL approved technicians available in these areas. Warranty for parts is still covered however may induce a delivery charge depending upon your postcode.

Please also be aware of the following:

  • Free Technician Service applies to JLL treadmills only. (equipment such as exercise bikes, rowing machines and cross-trainers are not covered by this service)
  • If the engineer finds a fault with the machine that isn't a manufacturing fault then the customer is liable for the charges. (i.e if the fault is due to lack of maintenance, assembly error or treadmill misuse)
  • If the customer isn't available at the arranged time for the technician call out, then the customer will be charged for the technicians time and another call out will need to be arranged.
